Trusted Structures LLC is a newly launched heavy highway and federal subcontractor based in Virginia, focused on concrete and bridge repair, maintenance, and rehabilitation. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are strategically positioned to support prime contractors on state and federal infrastructure projects seeking to meet small business and veteran participation goals.
Our focus is on establishing a strong record of past performance through subcontracting partnerships with experienced primes, particularly on bridge-related scopes of work across Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.

Nick graduated from the Naval Academy with a B.S. in Quantitative Economics. He brings over 20 years of experience in operations and management from both Active Duty and federal service and 5+ years contracting experience. Nick holds a Virginia Class A Contractor License.

With over 45 years in the concrete industry, Dino brings seasoned leadership and field expertise to the team. As owner of a firm specializing in poured concrete foundations and structures, general and architectural construction, and highway and bridge rehabilitation across PA, NJ, NY, and MD, he ensures operational excellence through DOT compliance, crew development, and best practices in construction delivery.

Nina Leshock
Nina has over 14 years of experience in Government Contracting. She previously served as a warranted Government Contracting Officer and as a Senior Contracts Manager for a billion-dollar aerospace defense contractor. Nina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and certifications including FAC-C Level III, DAWIA Level II, and a professional certificate in Contract Management from Duke University.

Qualifications:
-
5+ years estimating DOT, state, or federal heavy civil / bridge construction projects
-
Proven experience preparing and submitting bids through VDOT, PennDOT, and/or Federal portals (CABB, ECMS, Bid Express, SAM.gov)

Strong working knowledge of DOT specifications, unit pricing, and bridge concrete scopes

Qualifications:
-
3+ years performing carpentry on DOT bridge or heavy highway projects

Hands-on experience with bridge formwork, falsework, decks, parapets, and phased pours
-
Ability to work under DOT safety standards, at heights, and in active traffic environments
